Aaron Banas

Dr. Aaron Banas, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in military mental health. As Lead Clinician, he supervises clinical staff and trainees while specializing in evidence-based interventions for stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, Dr. Banas is trained in health psychology, addressing pain, sleep disorders, and related health issues.

Dr. Banas earned his doctorate at George Washington University and completed his clinical internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. His military background includes service as a hospital corpsman and later as an active-duty Navy psychologist. His deep understanding of military culture and healthcare is central to his practice. A strong advocate for veteran care, Dr. Banas is honored to continue serving those who serve.
