Grace Caulfield, LCPC, LPC (DC), LPC (VA), CAC-AD is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 24 years of experience in addiction treatment, post-traumatic stress disorder, and family therapy. Specializing in working with both adolescents and adults, Grace incorporates holistic care into her practice. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric hospitals, and residential settings. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Grace’s extensive training includes Level 1 Trauma Certification from the Institute of Advanced Psychotherapy and Training, and certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy from the University of Texas Strong Star Training Initiative to address trauma-related issues. She is also a Certified Associate Counselor in Alcohol and Drug (CAC-AD) through the Board of Professional Counselors of Maryland.
As Director of the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Easterseals, Grace oversees clinic operations, manages community partnerships, and mentors the clinical team in evidence-based therapies like CBT. She maintains a small caseload, focusing on veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, active-duty military, and their families. Appointed to the Maryland Commission on Veterans and Military Families and the Montgomery County Commission on Veterans Affairs, Grace advocates for military-connected individuals. A long-time Maryland resident, Grace’s dedication to her community drives her mission to improve mental health services.
