Dr. Kenneth Hoffman, MD is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army Medical Corps with over 35 years of experience in mental health treatment, teaching, leadership, and research. As Medical Director, Dr. Hoffman provides oversight for medication evaluations and management at the clinic.

Dr. Hoffman holds a Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University. He completed residencies in psychiatry and public health at Tripler and Madigan Army Medical Centers. A former faculty member at the Uniformed Services University, he directed initiatives in addiction medicine and optimized healthcare models for recovery. His published research covers healthcare optimization, military medicine, and alcohol and substance use disorders. Dr. Hoffman continues his service through advocacy and education.
