Tracey Williams

Vice President, Human Resources | Easterseals DC MD VA

Tracey Williams joined Easterseals DC MD VA in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in human resources management. She brings diverse experience and knowledge from Fortune 500 companies in sales, retail management, telecommunications, and global technology, including aerospace, transportation, and defense industries.

Tracey has led Human Resources teams and operations in such areas as talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, organizational strategy, immigration and relocation, policy development, and human resources compliance.

Tracey graduated from the University of Maryland with a Baccalaureate in Business Administration/Business Management. She earned a SHRM Certificate in Human Resource Management from Kennesaw State University.

Born in Washington, DC, Tracey is an active participant in business and community affairs throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She lives in Maryland with her Schnoodle fur baby Cashmere, and enjoys socializing with her family, reading, cooking, flying her drone, and learning about diverse cultures.
