Tricia Tyler is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience across the private, nonprofit, and military sectors. She joined Easterseals in 2015 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Tricia previously served as the Easterseals Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management & Financial Analytics as well as Vice President of Veteran Employment.
Tricia has extensive experience in program/project management, process improvement, organizational planning, compliance and contract oversight. She began her career as an officer in the U.S. Army, including time serving as a Military Police platoon leader in Baghdad, where she earned a Bronze Star. She left the service as a Captain and later spent time consulting in the government sector.
A native Delawarean, Tricia became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
