Funds raised from any Easterseals DC MD VA event enable the organization to continue to enrich lives and expand opportunities for all children and adults in our communities, including people with disabilities and military backgrounds.
Easterseals DC MD VA is committed to maintaining the health and safety of our community. To support the effort to maintain the health and safety of all, we request that anyone experiencing symptoms as outlined by the CDC refrain from attending.
The ticket purchaser/holder and any accompanying minors ("Holder") voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property, or personal injury, illness, and/or death. Holder waives and releases all claims and covenants not to sue Easterseals DC MD VA and its designees and third parties associated with the event, including the facility, third parties performing services at the facility (including parking areas and entry gates), participants, sponsors, and their representative affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, contractors, representatives, and employees, for any liability arising from or in connection with the Holder's attendance at the event, or incidental to the event.
The Holder hereby grants to Easterseals DC MD VA and its representatives irrevocable permission to use their voice, image, or likeness in any manner in any form of media and hereafter existing, anywhere in the world for any lawful purpose and without compensation and without any further authorization.
