Time to Connect

Easterseals Respite program gives parents time to connect with each other and strengthen their relationship, while their children have fun.

Respite programs provide essential time for caregivers to take a breather from their responsibilities. At Easterseals, our Respite program matches children one-on-one with vetted volunteers, allowing parents to spend a day together, knowing their children are having fun and staying safe. One parent wrote to us: 

"Easterseals Respite gives me and my husband time to connect and strengthen our relationship. Respite events have given our boys a chance to just be kids."
