Mike Brown
Trainer & Educator
Mike Brown started his career in college athletics at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and Graceland University before making his way into education and training to support individuals with disabilities. In addition to being the South Lakes High School’s football and wrestling coach, he served as an adapted P.E. teacher, a role that allowed Mike to create inclusive environments through innovative activities and instruction. Mike is currently the head football coach at Dominion High School. At Easterseals, Mike leads trainings in team building, adaptive communication, adaptive activities and games, and supportive environments for children and youth with diverse needs. Mike’s approach blends practical tools, engaging activities, and a deep commitment to inclusion that make his training courses impactful and memorable.
Hannah “Hana” Brouse
Speech Language Pathologist
Hana Brouse received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in speech and hearing sciences, and women’s studies. They also hold a Master of Science in speech-language pathology from Gallaudet University. Hana’s areas of professional interest include American Sign Language (ASL) and aural rehabilitation. Additionally, Hana is a certified sequential-oral-sensory (SOS) feeding therapist.
Megan Jaster
Megan Jaster is a neuro-physical practitioner and educator with over two decades of experience in providing support for individuals from infancy to college age. Her multidisciplinary approach integrates movement science, neuroplasticity, and awareness to improve performance, well-being, and long-term neurological outcomes. A certified Feldenkrais Method® practitioner and advanced MNRI® (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration) student, Megan helps clients rewire movement inefficiencies, unlock reflexive potential, and enhance proprioceptive control. She has trained clinical and educational staff at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and is a trusted resource for military family respite care programs. Megan brings a unique fusion of clinical experience, educational advocacy, and hands-on therapeutic care.
Angel Reed
Employment Specialist
Angel Reed earned her Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University and began her career as an arbitrator in Atlanta, Georgia. After returning to the DC metro area, she began supporting individuals with disabilities through employment and workforce development services. Over the past four years, Angel has helped job seekers build confidence, develop workplace skills, and achieve meaningful employment. Currently, Angel serves as an employment specialist with Easterseals.
Angel is a certified CPR instructor who is passionate about empowering individuals with lifesaving skills. Her trainings create a supportive, engaging learning environment in which participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Devin Smith
Veteran Employment Specialist
Devin Smith is an accomplished case manager of over 12 years, with expertise in transitional housing and employment services. He is also a passionate advocate for supporting unhoused individuals. After graduating from Virginia Union University with a Bachor of Science in Mass Communications, he shifted his career field from public relations to human services.
As a spirited server of the community, Devin is a leader, mentor, friend, and professional. He has also been described as a comedian, entrepreneur, chef, actor, singer, poet, and writer.
